Policies

Here are the policies that govern the Cooperative of the Interfaith Mission Service. The Governance Team has jurisdiction over these areas and all policies are approved by the Board of Directors.

• Bylaws – This documents governs the operation of the Board of Directors and Leadership Council
• Conflict of Interest Policy – Guidance for the awarding of contracts by the Board of Directors and/or Leadership Council
• Whistleblower Policy – Guidance for reporting unprofessional conduct, financial mismanagement, and other undesirable behavior
• Code of Ethics – Statement guiding how the Cooperative expects volunteers representing the Cooperative, contract labor, employees, Board of Director members, and Leadership Council officers to behave
• Statement of Values – A concise statement of the Cooperative’s values
