The preferred format is to send a hyperlink to a Facebook Event
–Sample Event
An alternative format is to email information:
– Date, time, location, cost, and point of contact
– Include an image (jpg or png).  No pdf files please.
–‘Attach’ the image to the email.
-Do not ‘embed’ the image in the email.
